❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, as long as they have not been packed or shipped.
To cancel an order, please contact us via WhatsApp or through our Customer Complaint Form.
Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
You raise a refund request within 3 days of delivery
You provide valid proof (photo or unboxing video)

Once approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

🔁 Returns & Return Shipping

We may ask you to return the item to our address for verification.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
The item must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.

🔄 Replacements

In case of damaged or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacements are subject to stock availability.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

Used, damaged, or altered products not due to our fault
DIY or customized products once opened or assembled
Items returned without original packaging
